Is the Designer Table Pad removable?
Yes, the pad is removable and rolls up for easy storage.
Is the Designer Table Pad water resistant?
Yes, the table pad is made of a water resistant material so it will not be damaged by water and will help protect your table top
Is the Designer Table Pad heat resistant?
Our table pads are heat resistant up to 220 degrees. Hot pads are recommended when placing hot dishes.
Can I leave my Designer Table Pad on everyday?
Yes, it is durable and designed for everyday use.
What is the Designer Table Pad made of?
It is a heavy weight mat.
How does the Designer Table Pad stay on my table?
The table pad does not use any adhesive, the weight of the mat will keep it firmly in place on the table.
How do I clean my Designer Table Pad?
We recommend using warm soap and water to clean. DO not use any hard cleaners such as Dawn Ultimate or any alcohol-based cleaners. Disinfectant wipes and dry erasers may be used sparingly to remove any pen or marker.
Is the Designer Table Pad scratch resistant?
Not much on the market can claim scratch resistant, but we do use top of the line products to ensure the best durability.
How should I store my Designer Table Pad when not in use?
If and when you decide to store your table pad make sure it is clean and dry. Roll it up and place it horizontally in a safe dry area away from moisture.
How long will it take for my custom table pad to be made?
Once your order has been received we need approximately 2 weeks to complete it.
How should I clean my table before placing?
Dust your table with a dry towel before rolling out your table pad. DO NOT use any oils or cleaners before placing.
Can I return my table pad?
Your table pad is custom made just for you and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we are excited to let you know you are able to return your table pad in years to come to have it refinished with a new style. Reduce -re-use recycle
